What can I book in 30 minutes or less?
Four sessions fit in half an hour: a 15- or 30-minute chair massage, a 30-minute table massage, or 30 minutes of foot reflexology. Where you want the work decides which, and all four book online.
| What you want | What to book | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Neck and shoulders, between meetings | Chair massage, 15 minutes | $30 |
| Neck, shoulders, back and arms without changing clothes | Chair massage, 30 minutes | $55 |
| One or two areas worked on the table | Swedish or deep tissue, 30 minutes | $60 |
| Tired feet | Foot reflexology, 30 minutes | $49 |

What does a 30-minute massage cover?
One or two areas you choose, such as the neck and shoulders, the lower back or the calves; for the whole body, book 60 minutes. Tell your therapist at the start which areas matter most and how firm you want it, so the half hour goes where you need it.
Swedish and deep tissue cost the same $60 for the half hour. The Swedish vs deep tissue guide helps you pick, and deep tissue massage covers sessions up to 3 hours. Ready? Book online and choose the 30-minute massage.

Which is the best short massage for neck and shoulders?
The pressure you like decides it: the 30-minute chair massage stays light to medium for $55, and the 30-minute table massage can go firm for $60. Choose the table if you would rather lie down, or want the lower back or calves worked instead.
A chair massage is given seated and fully clothed in our front lounge, on the neck, shoulders, back, arms and hands. New to massage? The chair is a short, clothed way to try it, and the first massage guide walks through a session on the table.

Can I fit a massage into a lunch break?
Yes, if the drive is short: a 15-minute chair massage leaves the most room in a lunch hour. Canton Street in Historic Roswell is about 4 to 5 minutes away outside rush hour and downtown Alpharetta about 8; the location page has the routes.
Book before you leave, so the slot is waiting when you arrive.

What if 30 minutes is not enough?
The next step up is a 45-minute Swedish or deep tissue massage, $70, and 60 minutes is $80. One hour-long booking costs less than the 60-minute massage: 30 minutes of body massage plus 30 of foot reflexology, $75.

Can I add hot stone to a 30-minute massage?
The $10 hot stone and hot towel add-on is chosen while you book. Other $10 add-ons include:
- A scalp massage with lavender or peppermint oil.
- Aromatherapy essential oil worked into the massage.
- Rapid tension relief, a handheld massage gun.
The full add-on list, from $10 to $30, is on the price list.

When should I check with a doctor before a short massage?
When pain or an injury is new, sharp or getting worse: see a doctor first, and book the massage once you have the all-clear. Ask first in these cases too:
- Recent surgery: wait for your surgeon's approval.
- Pregnancy: the prenatal massage is the session for it, once your obstetrician or midwife says yes.
Health & Healing is a massage spa and does not diagnose or treat conditions; a half hour here is for easing muscle tension in a busy day.
